I've noticed calcium has a similar effect on how muscle contractions feel when smiling/stretching and stuff, that something like MDMA does Might sound crazy, but its a very distinct feeling that I remember from experimenting with specific pharmacological compounds a decade+ ago

Would imagine it might be related to serotonin, but can't say

This is when having calcium in smaller amounts on an empty stomach in the AM, always with a carbonated caffeinated beverage

Fascinating Would love to see the blood pressure upon immediate cessation of all of the listed drugs
List of drugs that a young woman from Taper Community is on. Is she healthy and functional now that her "chemical imbalances" are corrected? Nope. She's overweight, depressed, and suicidal. Her mom is helping her get off all the drugs.

No one talks about how (nearly all) “Raw cheese” is not actually raw Usually heated between 135-158f during curd “cooking” This includes Parmegiano Reggiano, and all your other common favorite raw cheeses

This is clearly for parties No one is grabbing spooky ranch out of their fridge to have some wings late at night
Hidden Valley just released a new spooky ranch in a glow in the dark bottle. Black color comes from fruit juice and cocoa, has no artificial flavors or colors

I agree Too bad the bones don’t instantly become softened to the texture of being like white chocolate, that would be cool
Always choose meat on the bone over boneless cut. Bones contain minerals like calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium, along with collagen that breaks down into gelatin and amino acids when cooked slowly. Looking for a way to improve your skin, gut, joints and immunity? This is the way.

I never dealt with mood issues before my gut fell apart. I had times where I felt anxious or irritable like anyone does, but nothing close to what came later. Out of nowhere I'd get hit with debilitating anxiety or depression for no reason. Nothing set it off, it just showed up. And I was irritable and snapping at people over small stupid things that never would have bothered me before. It was directly correlated with my gut issues. As those improved, the mood stuff went with them. Now I am just genuinely in a good mood most of the time as a baseline. Gut issues turned me into a different person.

When gut working properly and butyrate producers abundant, resistant starch/fermentable fibers feels distinctly dopaminergic and almost anabolic

I urge you all to keep an open mind and not do or avoid something just because someone else said to Try things for yourself, because everyone is different.. One thing that one might react negatively to could be the thing for someone else that could have a dramatic positive impact in their life
