Justice for Nolan Wells. Nolan Wells thought nothing of joining a large group of white people with his white friends, only to end up dead. There is a long history of Black people ending up mysteriously dead, with some causes of death being poorly explained. For numerous violations against and deaths of Black people, perpetrators have admitted their crimes to the authorities and were still never brought to justice. We see the same pattern when it relates to Nolan Wells. No one who was closest to him that day is speaking. They took his phone. They deleted his conversations on his phone, and they deleted their own conversations on their phones. They hired lawyers. A piece of his body was missing after the coroners completed their examination, and they then declared that Nolan Wells had drowned. However, we now know he had no water in his lungs, which indicates he died before his body was placed in the lake. Still, none of his friends or the others who were with him are speaking. Bottom line, it has been clear to us well before this organization was formed that there is a breed of white people who, through their genetics and cultural conditioning, violate and kxll Black people—both in the shadows and in plain sight. Because the system is complicit, the corrupt justice system must be demolished and replaced with a system where all are treated and judged equally. Is this one of numerous examples of a corrupt system against Black people, especially when they retaliate or defend themselves from a threat or not? Jamarian Byrd and Travis Roberts were hanging out in their Baker County neighborhood when a group of white males rolled up with a shotgun and a rifle. Devin Powers Jr. allegedly fired into the crowd where kids were playing outside, so Byrd and Roberts grabbed their own weapons and shot back. Powers died, and now the two Black men are facing first degree premeditated m*rder charges while a judge shut down their Stand Your Ground defense. The judge said they had every right to fire back until Powers started retreating, but he was still holding his shotgun when he got hit. #gunviolence #racism #usa #bakercounty #nojusticenopeace
