Game 4 Takeaways
-Like I mentioned before you can't even gain anything from this game on either side of the ball
-Notre Dame is a top 5 team and there was no way Purdue was going to keep it close but the energy was pathetic after the 1st quarter
-If you are going to go for it on 4th down, just pass it that point
-I actually can't be mad at Henson, it seemed they wanted to keep the key offensive players healthy if anything
-Continuing to defend Kevin Kane is certainly a choice
-You want to talk about "outside noise"? How about Jim Everett being disgusted with this product. Have you ever heard of him Barry?
-Brees kept getting shown on the camera and he was clearly disgusted as well
-There are games on this schedule we "could" win but frankly I have my doubts now
-No one, I am mean no one is saying wave the white flag, we should have known when you did not even wear Purdue gear to the Notre Dame presser.
-My only positive is Purdue was in the game against two quality opponents in Wake Forest and UCLA and the season can somewhat start now
