🛋️ Your bus stop just got a serious upgrade, and we want you there to see it in person. Meet Living Rooms, six new public art installations bringing love seats, floor lamps, and chairs to bus stops across Southwest DC. These vibrant steel sculptures aren’t just eye candy. They’re solving a real problem: many of these stops have never had a bench or shelter, in a neighborhood where 1 in 5 neighbors is a senior and 1 in 5 identifies as disabled. Rooted in the belief that artists offer vital perspectives on the social and physical challenges facing our communities, Art RX provides a platform for using art as a tool for real-world solutions.
