今天的盘面有点意思。BTC/ETH温和上涨，量能也健康，大资金看着挺稳。但更让我在意的是USDT那880亿的24h成交量，链上大额转移明显，像是换仓铺垫。反而是SOL跟Pepe这种之前热闹的，交易热度在降。感觉市场焦点在悄悄回笼主流。😌

长期盯着复杂的盘面和报告，感觉整个人跟生了锈似的。 最近逼自己开始规律健身，不追求速成，就跟分析一个新叙事一样，先搞清自己的“基本面数据”。 把看大图K线的劲头，用来盯心率、动作质量这些“小图”。 慢慢来，数据对了，结果自然对。

开完早会摸鱼看一眼，今天这大盘走得有点“保守治疗”的意思。BTC微跌0.33%，但9.5万刀这个位置，18B的量，多空还在拉扯。以太坊倒是稳住了，+0.32%小涨，感觉生态里还是有点活水在动。SOL回调个1.4%挺正常，之前冲得有点猛，142这个位置量不算大，不算恐慌。

IMX这种-6%+的跌幅，在弱势小市值里太典型了。大市值项目像LINK、BNB，波动就很小，不到0.5%，盘子大确实稳。再看看稳定币，USDT一动不动，USDC竟然偏离了-0.81%，虽然很小，但感觉有资金在细微处腾挪。
