Transformation is not as easy as it looks! It demands lot of efforts & patience with consistency. But we believe journey can be made easier. We will keep evolving our portfolio to make everyday efforts simpler, more convenient and easier to sustain. Because less efforts + more ease = more patience + better consistency. That’s how we want to make transformation possible, not just by building the products but by becoming a meaningful part of your transformative journey! Transform daily 🚀❤️
When we say “Transform Daily” at @oracura, I believe we have to hold ourselves to that promise as a business, too. Over the last three months, we’ve been working on two priorities together: improving the economics of the business and refreshing how our brand shows up in the world. We’ve improved CM1 and CM2 while building a new wordmark and a refreshed website. For me, these belong in the same conversation. Building a business means paying attention to the margins that allow you to keep investing, as well as the identity and experience that give customers a reason to choose you. As leaders, we have to make room for both and deliver on both. Seeing this come together makes this an important moment for us. Our refreshed identity gives @oracura a new expression, and our new website brings that expression into the way people discover and experience the brand. Alongside that visible change, we’re building a stronger economic foundation for what comes next. “Transform Daily” captures how we want to keep building: questioning what can be better, following through on those decisions, and making progress consistently enough that it adds up to something meaningful. Proud of the team for what we’ve accomplished over these three months. There’s a lot of work behind this moment, and I’m excited to finally share this next chapter of @oracura with you.

Finish and transform with additional confidence that was the only option left 🥹 Burpees, Lunges and wall balls, attacked the confidence followed by round after round of running mental push and guidance from mentee kept me going Crossing it with more confidence, little more belief and lot more hunger to Transform 🚀🥹❤️
kash काश kash There would have been solution like GLP for hyrox 🥹😬

Oral wellness has become increasingly complicated. More routines. More rituals. More things to track, optimise and fit into an already full day. That sounds like work. The last thing we want is to be a task you feel guilty about missing. That’s why we want to be your habit. Something you reach for without a second thought. Oral wellness can change more than your smile. It can change how you feel about yourself. That’s the thing about transformation. It doesn’t always arrive in one big moment. Sometimes it’s a small shift, repeated every day, until it’s part of who you are. That’s where we want to be. Off your mind. Beyond your to-do list. Part of your everyday transformation.

Around 18 months back, I started writing every morning simply because I wanted to become a better writer. So I wrote about what I knew best - my own life. Small moments. Mistakes. Conversations. Family. Work. Health. And somewhere along the way, I realised these ordinary moments had shaped me more than I had noticed. That became REARVIEW.

We’re soon transitioning from “Solutions & Go Beyond Brushing” approach to a much bigger thought: Transforming Daily. It’s going to be one of the biggest transitions for Oracura, not just in what we communicate but in how we want consumers to see, feel and perceive the brand. The last few days have been a strange mix of nervousness, excitement and goosebumps, thinking about how consumers will perceive this new avatar. 🥹 A lot is changing A lot is at stake And honestly, we are damn excited Hope Bappa brings happiness, positivity and the right energy to this new beginning. 🙏🏼❤️ Oracura → Transform Daily 🚀

Since childhood we've had the habit of starting preparation just 2/3 weeks before the exam The same thing is happening with my fitness routine as only 2-3 weeks are left for the event and I went to the gym today 4 stations with 2 sets & 250m run before & after each station, pushing me hard to think, kya zarurat thi yeh sab ki 😔 Trainer reaction today after hitting the gym after ages 🥹
Can you count the Japanese Koi fish in this pond image @grok? I normally spend quite measurable time around this pond Wife says there is डोमकावळा who keeps roaming around whenever we are not around and apparently has his own feast here (reason of scale down koi population) We had 11 sucker-mouth fish and now there are hardly 4 We moved 70+ Koi, sucker fish and around 20 guppies into this pond Interestingly only the guppy population growth seems to be scaling 4X Our ancestors say that during Shravan, fish enter breeding phase which is one reason many Indians traditionally avoid fish and non veg during this period I’m not sure how scientifically accurate that generalisation is but looking at the number of baby guppies here, these guys definitely seem to be in breeding mode! But @grok, one question millions of Indians change their diet during this time, should our oral care routine change too? My take: No Whether veg or non veg food daily oral care remains essential and shouldn’t change Carb heavy/fermentable foods can contribute to plaque and caries risk, while meat and other foods can sometimes lodge between teeth so regardless of the diet: Floss + brush + tongue cleaning with gum care should be regular routine🦷❤️ even though i have my own struggles maintaining healthy food habits and following a fitness routine🥹

Bathing area, toilet area and washbasin area should ideally be different Almost everywhere, all three have been converted into one common bathroom Most of the time while brushing and flossing, we get this reminder😅

This is how an average Indian household celebrates a potluck almost every week After a sandwich dinner, the leftover ingredients become experiments for the next potluck🤭 Wife always says, “These potluck experiments shoot up the workload for all of us!” And now after seeing the picture she took, we know exactly why🥹😂 We forgot to record the video and introduce ourselves: “My name is Hridhan and I made mini bread-paneer-cheese paratha” 🤩 “My name is Sagar, and I made bread tikkis with crispy stuffed bites” 😬 These food experiments definitely deserve a proper oral care routine at the end without a second thought! 🦷🤩 Note: Wherever we have space near the basin or tap, we keep oral care products visible The reminder is simple: “Bahar ka khana band karo!” 😂😬 Eat what you love sometimes 🤫 Celebrate it guilt free 😻 But don’t compromise on oral health🦷❤️
This is how an avg Indian celebrates potluck day in the US

Shantanu’s personal outreach and push for d2c bsc seems to have pulled a giant like Palmolive back into the consumer play I guess, more than just it’s BSC investment, it’s the personal brand and consumer pull that has been created around the play Oral care industry and @oracura surely has exciting D2C journey ahead! 🚀
🧴 Colgate taps @BomShavingCo to revive Palmolive’s D2C play 👇 Colgate-Palmolive India has partnered with D2C startup Bombay Shaving Company to drive Palmolive’s D2C and ecommerce business, as the FMCG major looks to revive the underperforming personal care brand. Under the partnership, Bombay Shaving Company will manage consumer-facing advertising and customer relationships across D2C and ecommerce, while Colgate-Palmolive will retain control over modern and general trade, traditional advertising, product innovation and supply chain. Colgate-Palmolive India MD & CEO Prabha Narasimhan said the company had struggled to understand the D2C “flywheel” and sees the partnership as an opportunity to learn from its digital-first partner. The companies already have a strategic relationship, with Colgate-Palmolive Asia Pacific holding a 14% stake in Bombay Shaving Company. 🔗 To read the article in detail, click here: 4-2.co/4x4Ypfv #D2C #Ecommerce #FMCG #Colgate #News

From a hygiene and maintenance perspective, electric toothbrushes and water flossers need only a little extra care For an electric toothbrush: Remove the brush head Rinse, clean and dry the neck/connection area properly Keep the brush head separate from the handle and let both dry Ideally do this daily or at least 2/3 times a week The same applies to a water flosser: Empty and rinse the water tank Clean and rinse the nozzles/tips Keep the tank and tips open/separate to dry properly A few mins of cleaning & drying can make a big difference to device hygiene
Replying to @oracura
@oracura @SagarAwatade have been using electric toothbrush for over an year now and can saw although it clans teeth well is all good but the amount of mould build up inside neck ever 2 days is insane and makes me rethink about hygiene and going back,do something abt it

After a long time…. 🥹 Started using SB300 electric toothbrush again since yesterday and felt genuinely good I had experimenting with new mobile app enabled electric brush for a while along with oscillating one but SB300 has its own aura Since yesterday there is an additional surveillance system at home and this time seems to be next generation Not ready to accept anything from us Started fitness routine again today and it even started pushing mind towards positive action In short overall feeling is: “Bichhde hue bhai behen mele mein mil gaye!” 🥹❤️

One thing I wish I had learned earlier was dental hygiene. Even after a proper brushing, flossing can show you how much food remains between your teeth. I only learned to floss in the last few years. When I look at my parents today, one of their biggest problems is that they cannot chew their food properly. They often have to swallow food without chewing it enough, and that can lead to other health problems. Growing up, dental care was hardly a topic of discussion. There was one dentist in our area, a Chinese gentleman. I am not even sure he was a qualified dentist. People went to him when they had a painful tooth, mostly to get it removed. Most people used neem ka datun. Brushing was about keeping your teeth clean. Flossing was not even part of the conversation. If you are young, take care of your teeth now. Brush twice a day and floss at least once, preferably before you go to bed. You may not think about your teeth today. But this will be one of the best advice if you follow.

Scale up pressure is real and honestly it’s not easy to build a startup without fund raise Keep stock available Scale profitable beyond 100 Launch new products Diversify with innovation Stay profitable Build the right team Scaling down import dependency And then comes funding from banks, a Ludo game where every next move needs security and collateral 😬 Planning additional collateral itself becomes a nightmare while scaling Sometimes it even pulls you away from healthier habits like self fitness The last few days of arranging collateral and increasing bank limits have genuinely felt like a Vikram Vetal game🥹 Building a startup without raising money doesn’t always feel like independence But fighting through these challenges and still looking at the spirit of Independence Day, keeps the spirit moving As said, wari keeps us motivated to walk along with journey of faith, hope and resilience This journey will be remembered the most and maybe this is also a form of independence🇮🇳
Some journeys are walked with faith. Some with purpose. And some remind us why we began ours. At the Wari this year, we witnessed thousands of smiles carrying faith, resilience, and hope. Our purpose is to care for every Indian’s smile. Their journeys reminded us of our own: not to change the destination, but to make everyday moments along the way better. Even the smallest daily habit can transform how people live, feel, and smile. Today, over 10 lakh Indians have made Oracura a part of their journey. Tomorrow, we hope to walk alongside 100 crore more. Because the journeys that matter most are remembered not by how far they went, but by the lives they touched. Happy Independence Day. 🇮🇳 -Team Oracura

In our childhood days, whenever we really wanted to get something done, we used to say “आईशप्पथ!” 😄 This is booster dose for us now. So going forward, we’re making sure things stay streamlined. As in D2C world, OOS is almost a crime😅 The next dose of capital is getting ready, not just to fuel growth but to make sure we’re better prepared to keep products available No more “आईशप्पथ” promises Now, execution 🚀❤️ Don’t know why but always awkward to see myself
Our water flossers went out of stock and you made sure we knew how much you missed them. Every DM, comment, and follow-up reinforced something important: OC 150 and OC 200 have become part of people’s everyday oral-care routines. So we made a promise to do better at keeping your favourites available for everyone. Aai shapath! OC 150 and OC 200 are now (& always) available at oracura.com
