When has an effect of a supporter not related to recent buffs?
The fact that Icarus debuffs Regen units when our last Regen release was in February really tells me that we are getting a new Regen unit soon.
My main guesses are LR Lord Slug and UL Orange Piccolo

There’s no way this doesn’t mean an upcoming Regen buff. I think it might be Orange Piccolos time for an Ultra. Or just throw us a LR Lord Slug.

Zenkai Cell is the only buff Piccolo got since his release 4 months ago. Continues to be the most disrespected character in Legends. I think it’s only fair if we get another LR and his first UL this year

Piccolo needs his first Ultra and I think paired alongside an LR Beast Gohan for part 3 could work. We haven’t seen LR Piccolo rerelease yet so a new Regen unit coming could be the reason. Throw in 1% Krillin/18 so you can run a Super Warrior team.
Looks like a heavy Super Hero theme for Super Divers' 11th card set.
Dokkan seemingly about to get a Super Hero themed TDC dropping this upcoming week.

It does annoy me when we get this sort of crap for part 2. Reused and boring new animations from a unit that was technically playable years ago. I’m in a small minority but it just makes me sad that we can’t get something like 23rd WT but we can get this waste of space.
