Finally, Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition, with ranked multiplayer support, totally maxed out on iPad, native. Look at this ridiculous map. Units everywhere. Absolute chaos. The iPad handles it fine. This is what I wanted when the Mac version came out. Open my iPad, launch AoE and play on the go. Keyboard and mouse at a desk. Touch controls or Apple Pencil when I pick it up. Switch between them whenever you want. Pairs great with the iPad keyboard case. It uses your own Steam copy. Scan a QR code with the Steam app to sign in, then play directly on the iPad. I wanted this badly enough that I made it. Source and setup below.

It only used a little bit and Dot's is just not for me. I would rather use Astra/GPT 6.1 on my direct PC Deleting the Dot fixed the credits leak so...

I am not annoyed or anything, I just tried it. I asked what can you do for me this month. since I have no idea what it can do. I tried to call it - 5 times it didn't answer, I pasted an image for it to look up how this works. then I noticed I got free credits which is amazing, But I noticed some of the usage credits were already used. I never got any prompt or any warning that it would use the free credits that I already have. I have usage for Codex Cloud/Work 20% left of my weekly usage and it decided to use the Credits over my actual plan usage. It just feels like they give with one hand but take with another by creating a product that can use the free credits* with no transparency

I never asked for tasks to be delegated. I have usage left. It decided to do things unprompted which used usage credits? I tried to call it does that cost? I just want full transparency on a product they introduced?

I’ve been running a bunch of tests with GPT-6.1 Sol, Astra, Blender, and Three.js, and after a few hours of iterating, the results have been kind of insane. There’s really no denying that 6.1 Sol is excellent, especially when you give it the right kinds of tasks. OpenAI has never cooked this hard with a model before. (And that’s coming from someone who consistently posts criticism when they get things wrong.)

I tried ChatGPT 6.1 Sol - I am actually pretty happy with the results. Asked it to create Clear Water from scratch without using my Examples. The First Interaction after 5 minutes had issues, and I showed the image and then it fixed the visual issues. I will continue to experiment with this model. If it is close to Astra but with a low cost. It might be a really good general driver model. samg-coder.github.io/ClearWa… github.com/SamG-Coder/ClearW…

Continuing the experiment: the most complex fully procedural world I can get out of three.js. Zero downloaded assets, sound included. This time the lead is Opus 5.5. One prompt + a reference image → a plan. Then I kicked off 3 plan steps by hand. Never asked it to fix anything. What you see is the first pass, zero correction rounds. 3h36m active · 445 requests · +5,010 lines · ~$60 at API pricing Reference in the replies 👇 #threejs #tsl

If people are using Square / Stripe etc. and not directly with the bank the prices are not really decreasing by much.

@grok is that actually true? Since most stores now actually have to absorb the cost, so if your coffee was $6 dollars + 1.5% now they will increase the cost by more than 1.5% since they will not sell a coffee for $6.09, they will round up to $6.5
