After the SC/ST Act Overturned,BJP lost 3 states,to balance it they brought EWS but opposed age and fee relaxation for EWS, Even added stringent provisions to the SC/ST Act. They introduced 27% OBC reservation in NEET and reservation in Sainik Schools. UGC, Caste Census too.

She claims the BJP wants to increase reservations for non-General categories, citing cherry-picked lines from the BRAUSS, Mahajan, and Gaikwad reports that BJP state governments used in court. Facts: The only new reservation the BJP introduced is the EWS quota, exclusively for the General Category. The BJP did not hike SC, ST or OBC quotas as alleged in those reports. Extreme recommendations in those reports (like a 50% or 35% OBC quota) were completely ignored by the BJP. State lawyers cited these reports in court strictly for population and survey data - not to endorse every opinion or demand in them. Controversial remarks on the Varna system or history were written by a 1980, Congress-appointed panel and independent retired judges, not by the BJP

Urgent aatention to all GC ACTIVIST उत्तर प्रदेश आरक्षण अधिनियम कहता है कि अगर कोई उम्र में भी छूट लेगा तब भी उसे जनरल की सीट दे दी जाती है जबकि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के कई फैसले में स्पष्ट रूप से कहा गया है कि अगर कोई उम्र य़ा अटेम्प्ट में छूट लेता है तो उसे जनरल की सीट नहीं देनी चाहिए जनरल की सीट सिर्फ फीस में छूट लेने से दी ज़ा सकती है अभी उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस की ओपन कैटिगरी वाली लिस्ट में भी 15% से ज्यादा अहीर है अब आप सोचिए जब 22 साल के ठाकुर ब्राह्मण लड़के से 27 साल का बूढ़ा अहीर कुर्मी मुकाबला करेगा तो निश्चित रूप से वह जीत जाएगा इसीलिए यह लोग जनरल में भी इतना ज्यादा सेलेक्ट हो रहे हैं इस संबंध में अर्जेंट कुछ करने की आवश्यकता है अगर आज यही आरक्षण अधिनियम मे भी अगर Ews कों भी ओबीसी जैसे उम्र में छूट दी गई होती तो हमारे EWS बच्चे भी जनरल मे बहूत सेलेक्ट हूए होते यह मामला आज ही अभी मेरे संज्ञान में आया है इस पर तुरंत कुछ करने की आवश्यकता है यें हैं वो आदेश जिसमें उम्र में छूट लेनें के बाद भी जनरल में सीट देने का प्रावधान है
