I see the structure differently. Vesting as Supply Management, Not a Weakness 10% unlocks at TGE, while the remaining 90% vests linearly over 6 months. That means the full allocation doesn't hit the market at once, giving the ecosystem time to develop alongside the token — and it keeps presale participants aligned with the project instead of flipping instantly on day one. THE LIVING DATA ENGINE BEHIND PHYSICAL AI How @axisrobotics is closing the gap between simulation, real-world capture, and robot learning 1/ The biggest bottleneck in Physical AI isn't compute. It's data — specifically, high-quality manipulation data that keeps evolving as models evolve. More importantly, data that helps robots learn what they still don't know. Here's how @axisrobotics is approaching it 🧵 2/ FROM STATIC DATA TO LIVING DATA Most robotics datasets are snapshots. You collect millions of trajectories, train a model, publish the dataset — and eventually the data stops reflecting what the model actually struggles with. Axis is building something different: a living data engine. 3/ 01 — SCALE THE DATA Simulation provides massive variation at scale. Mobile egocentric capture adds another layer on top of it — real-time hand tracking lets humans demonstrate how they naturally interact with the physical world, without requiring an expensive robot setup for every contributor. 4/ 02 — TELEOPERATE FROM THE BROWSER Robot control moves directly into the browser, and data collection becomes far more accessible. More contributors means more variation: → different objects → different scenes → different movements → different edge cases That diversity matters. 5/ 03 — LEARN FROM FAILURE The goal isn't simply to collect more successful demonstrations. Pre-training builds broad capabilities from large-scale trajectories. Then human-in-the-loop corrections focus on where the model actually fails. Generate → Train → Find failures → Correct → Retrain Every failure can become another signal for improvement. 6/ 04 — MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS VERIFIABLE With provenance recorded on Base, contributions can become trackable and verifiable. Instead of data disappearing into an anonymous dataset, each contribution becomes part of a transparent and measurable ecosystem. 7/ THE METRIC THAT ACTUALLY MATTERS Trajectory count isn't the metric that matters most. The real question is: does each new generation of data make the robot better at tasks it couldn't reliably do before? More data isn't automatically better data. 8/ THE REAL MOAT If Axis can continuously identify what models don't know, collect exactly that missing data, and turn it into measurable policy gains... then the moat isn't simply having the largest dataset. It's having a data engine that improves itself with every iteration. And that may be one of the most important pieces of infrastructure Physical AI needs.
