And whenever SHELTERS require land, public money and contracts, ASK QUESTIONS.
How much land is being allocated and why that much?
Who owns or controls it?
How was the site selected?
Is the land being transferred, leased or merely designated for animal welfare use?
Who gets the construction and management contracts?
How much public money is sanctioned?
What happens to that land if the shelter shuts down?
Who independently audits the land, money AND animals?
Shelters must never become an unquestioned justification for land allocation and expenditure.
Investigate EVERYTHING not just the dogs.

घायल महिला का नाम सालिया बताया गया है. सालिया ने बताया कि वह खेत की मेढ़ पर पानी काटने गई थी. इसी दौरान सियार ने उस पर हमला कर दिया. महिला के मुताबिक, सियार ने उस पर तीन बार हमला किया. पहले सियार ने उसके पैर में काटा. इसके बाद उसके एक हाथ को निशाना बनाया और फिर दूसरे हाथ में काट लिया. अचानक हुए हमले के बाद महिला ने सियार का मुंह दबाने की कोशिश की. सालिया के मुताबिक, इसी दौरान उसके साथ खेत पर गए पालतू पिटबुल कुत्ते 'टाइगर और मोटा' वहां पहुंच गए. दोनों कुत्तों ने अपनी मालकिन पर हमला करने वाले सियार को पकड़ लिया और उस पर हमला कर दिया.
