I think some of the most skilled are actually day traders because you are working for cash flow against smaller time. Easy for someone to buy a gap up hold for 2 months.
Example $MSFT July 30 gap 440. Price is now 529. Not rocket science.
We seem to have the same price action for the indices. We get 1 or 2 nice tradable moves then chop for the rest of the day. Be aware so you aren't getting theta crushed. Unless you are selling premium of corse.
Have a nice weekend.
This price action has been just really bad for several weeks. Most traders would welcome -10% down then a rally. But we just stay near ATH as every chart breaks down.
Hardest market I've traded in years. Frankly can't stand this PA.
Fun for about 3 trades if you do long then flip short on the first 1 min down. Now back to barcoding $SPX
I try to not force things when its no H/L break
