At a certain point of time you will realise it and you can't do anything about it. You deserved this, No sympathy at all. @iamRashmika

Cry all u want people. #Islamabad is being denuded of its natural beauty and turned into a concrete "Shanghai" even though we are sitting on a fault line and I can bet you anything there's not going to be any earthquake proofing either. The beautiful Malpur forest, F9 gone! Sab!

This exactly. What is the point of university if it doesn't even make you at least a little knowledgeable about the world of higher education and how post graduate programs and applications work?
There’s something seriously wrong with our education system when a gold medalist falls victim to a scam. We teach people to chase grades, but do we teach them to scrutinise and navigate the real world? A life was lost over a scam that could have been called out immediately.

It takes a real Bastard to kill a Bustard. And one such prime example was Colonel Mansfield an officer of the British India Army who shot 960 Great Indian Bustards in Maharashtra between 1808-1833. That is 38 birds every year for 25 years. They reproduce extremely slowly so this kind of reckless hunting had catastrophic consequences. There are only 150 left. On October 4,2026 2 captive bred Bustards were released in Jaisalmer in a conservation effort to revive the bird. Standing at 1 metre and weighing nearly 15 kg this is India’s biggest flying bird. One step at a time to rebuild and repopulate all our unique species. Now just protect them from electricity lines.

It's a nightjar. I think an Egyptian Nightjar. They are around but probably not photographed that much. We have them here in Pakistan as well but different kinds. This one is Savanna Nightjar.

If billionaires came out and said they were going to hunt us for sport, some of you would defend it by saying: "You’re just mad because you can’t fucking run fast."

What a befitting end.
After killing over a hundred animals on his expeditions, millionaire trophy hunter Asher Watkins met his death in Africa, charged and killed by a Cape buffalo during a hunt. Damn it!

I think I missed the part where we elected Sam Altman the God-King Emperor of deciding what costs are acceptable to impose on society
“We believe the world should accept some bad things happening for the benefits of this technology.” In a conversation for the first edition of Decoded, a new daily newsletter and podcast, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman talked with POLITICO’s @BrendanBordelon about trade-offs, AI safety, and how his company is different from Anthropic. Please, God, let generative AI and chatbots die out the way NFTs did, with a fast, graceless fall into irrelevance.
