Highly recommend this paper for your next journal club/reading group/lab catch up! A really insightful framework for thinking about the academic system and it’s role in a climate and biodiversity crisis. Thanks @SciAtTheLocal for leading our discussion 🍩

Enjoyed the End of Burnout by Jonathan Malesic. Lots of good points about cultural and systemic factors.
