Again I consider such arbitrary tests as irrelevant. The only “test” is being human. Do you believe in the equality of the races, as plenty of arbitrary tests existed to say they weren’t.

Rubbish the premier league allowed Everton’s penalty to be deferred into the following season instead of applying it when they got caught.
That saved Everton from relegation and financial collapse. It was a deliberate decision to save a famous club.

All depends what the premier league is prepared to do. They allowed Everton’s points deduction to apply the following season instead of the season of the offence to ensure they were saved from relegation and possible financial collapse.
