I may not share your perspective, but I respect your personal opinion, as I understand it may be conflicting for you. However, SNE is intended for college coaches and programs that recruit in New England. The SNE NCAA Coaches Network that we have and communicate with consists of coaches who register with us to access a list of the top players in each state. These coaches conduct their own evaluations to select the players who best fit their respective programs. They don’t visit the SNE website solely to find the top NEPSAC players or to view "only" players outside of NEPSAC being public and private school players in each New England state. The rankings and star ratings assigned to players by media outlets are irrelevant to vast majority of them. SNE provides rankings mainly for public interest and discussion, aiming to include every high school football projected college prospect in New England, and offer our perspective on what we consider the most noteworthy players. College Coaches will compile their own recruiting boards, evaluating players based on their program goals and the qualities they seek in a prospect. SNE supplies college coaches with a list of the top players in each high school class across the New England states, encompassing any student-athlete attending high school or post-graduate institutions in the region. Their is no logical purpose for us to make separate list Nepsac and not Nepsac as you previously indicated.

Listed at six-foot-six and two hundred fifty-five pounds, Perkins is doing a Post Grad year at Suffield Academy @SuffieldFB after graduating from East Catholic HS in Connecticut.
Watch number fifty-one #51 in black against Dexter Southfield.
What stands out is his ability to stay involved through contact. Perkins engages blockers, works back toward the football, and helps finish against the run. He keeps working when his initial path is closed.
For a player with his size, his lateral movement is encouraging. He redirects toward the runner and contributes in traffic. His frame and playing reach give college coaches a foundation to develop.
His next step is turning those tools into more consistent disruption. Staying lower through contact, separating from blockers sooner, and pairing a power rush with a counter move would strengthen his game.
This reel provides stronger evidence of his run defense than his pass-rush ability.
My preliminary film-only projection is an FCS defensive end, with developmental FBS potential. More consistent pass-rush wins would strengthen that higher-level projection.
His listed verbal offers include UMass, Central Connecticut State, and Morgan State. Those offers are separate from this film assessment.
Theo Perkins is a prospect to continue tracking throughout his first season at Suffield.
