Majority of americans including lawyers don't even know that BIRTHRIGHT citizenship is NOT even in the Constitution. The 14th Amendment was to Constitionalize the Civil Rights Act of 1866 and to give protections to freed SLAVES only, that's it. We NEVER had Birthright Citizenship.
The SCOTUS for more than a Century have been "legislating" from the bench. Yesterday, they created Birthright Citizenship on their own by legislating from the bench. Our founders NEVER intended or setup our Government this way. They purposely made the Judicial branch the least powerful because they were the only UNELECTED branch of the 3. Now we just normalize the Judicial branch as the most powerful.
When you sit around and wait for a "ruling" from a court to move forward with anything, you are under a JUDICIAL DICTATORSHIP ruled by Unelected people in black robes.

The USA is under an UNELECTED Judicial dictatorship and its been normalized for a century. We sit around waiting for a ruling from a court to even move forward. Our founders would be rolling in their graves right now.
This is the exact OPPOSITE of what our founders intended.

Unpopular Opinion:
Trump had multiple paths for Tariffs, but chose the one that would get the most questionable legal pathway to buy time in the court. After 1yr of court challenges and Tariffs in place the whole time.. he loses, then uses the easy path and uses laws already passed by Congress to implement the new Tariffs.
Then if there is another court challenge, that will be tied up in the courts for another YEAR, he wins that case...Tariffs never go away and remain in place the WHOLE TIME
