Would also like to point out that not only is the Flipfest gym floor concrete, but at some point this year they painted the whole floor the SAME NAVY COLOR AS A MAT! When I was there in May we all remarked how we couldn’t believe they’d done that given how unsafe that is

Do I think the unregulated system we have now is fit for purpose? No. Do I think it needs reform? Yes. But there is no cogent, logical argument for “I think player payouts should be capped, but I as a coach should be able to have an unlimited salary.” It’s utterly nonsensical
