Ask one agent to install Kanban, then have another agent run the Kanban skill and ask it to build between 10 and 15 tasks for the first sprint and describe what you want to build. Have it use “tasks that write tasks” “expansion tasks” and “promise style tasks” It’s the closest thing I’ve seen to iterative self improvement in practice, plus you have one agent that’s always available to chat with while it’s managing the work via the board. Building with Emblem:build is changing how I build with Ai The difference between “You are a tool with xyz features” and “You are an orchestrator with the following tool with xyz features” is so massive for such a subtle change in prompting. I’m rarely promoting directly these days, opting instead for a layered approach where I prompt my agent and it then prompts itself to use tools we’ve made to create / manage / and finalize task(s) One advantage to this layered prompting method is I can ask my agent to also monitor the output, to steer, and adjust its steering as it manages. Whereas the typical pattern is “request work to be done, wait for agent to be finished” Follow along here for both general and advanced techniques, I’ll be building more in public as we get closer to our public release. $emblem @EmblemAgent

How @EmblemAI_ became an expert at @Stacks - While working on Emblem:build I decided to use Stacks ecosystem and do an extensive agentic deep dive into the infra and ai state of things. 35+ iterations of research later Emblem:build is an absolute expert that I reference often.

I thought SaaS had a few more years, until I automated a SaaS scaled build out almost entirely unattended (since I was automating the build out of the automation I had to step in a few times) What we are releasing @EmblemAI_ has left me nearly speechless. I’m watching it plan and build and test and on and on. Fully automated development at scale has been achieved.

OMG! This pattern fixes a huge struggle with agentic loops (___claw iykyk) The biggest UX problem with agentic loops nobody talks about: you can’t course correct mid-run. Agent kicks off a 30-step tool cascade. You realize it’s going the wrong direction. You type “stop” or “actually do X instead.” Your messages pile up in a queue, completely ignored until the agent finishes doing the wrong thing. The fix is deceptively simple: a pre-tool-use hook that peeks at the message queue before every tool call. No extra inference. No added latency. Just a prompt addition that piggybacks on the tool call the agent was already making. The key insight is peek, don’t drain. If the agent decides the messages don’t warrant interruption, they flow through normally; zero behavior change. If it decides to interrupt, it calls an explicit “acknowledge” tool to claim them. Three tiers: → “stop” / “cancel” → claim + abandon → “actually make it blue not red” → claim + adjust in-flight → unrelated chatter → ignore, delivered normally after task completes

Or remix one app into something else entirely! Pay attention folks. Something really special is brewing.

My new favorite prompt: I want you to manually do an iteritive task, write a new History.md file to the docs, your job will be to iterate and continuously add to / integrate into this doc. The goal is a narrative version of our README_EMBLEMAI.md but using both session chat logs and git commit history, each round should only focus on a small chunk of time, allowing for an extremely rich and detailed story of this project and it's build out. The git history is the *what* happened, and the session logs is the *how and why* and since it's narrative, only capture the interesting stuff.

I came up with a pretty clever way to keep an agent from just dumping everything they write, build, download into the same root folder (openclaw users iykyk) the concept is simple, make a tool or pre-tool hook that looks at current directory structure, checks a database or file, makes recommendations to the agent about where to store that file in this current context.

This makes so much sense.

Story time! One of my first crypto predictions, I predicted the DAO Hack - 3 years before it took place.

Set actions that run when events or breakpoints are triggered. The app hits a breakpoint and execution freezes, or a log watch and execution continues. The trigger event is seen by the Reflexive agent and will react how the trigger requested. Everything you can do with Claude Code and lots more)

Having Claude Code running “inside” your application changes the game entirely. Seriously this is a new way to build software. Imagine, open your app, instantly opened into a chat interface, ask what it sees and it can see and manipulate inner state. I had to name it. Meet Reflexive.
