As a leader, it's so tempting to reward the team members who always do what you ask. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to cultivate the right kind of disagreeableness on your team and to be sure those people have a voice -- however inconvenient.

Kentucky’s EV charging network is growing. We now have 18 fast-charging stations open across the commonwealth, with 11 more under construction. We’re building the infrastructure Kentuckians and visitors need to travel safely today and for generations to come.

My daughter turns 25 today. If you do the math, you’ll realize she was born on a tumultuous day. Today is a day of great grief for so many. For me, it’s also a day of celebration. Joy and grief commingled — so much of the substance of the human experience.
