Yhmmm! My opinion still remains the same. I support Amaka on this. Tribal sentiments by politicians during election periods are often part of the political game. But governance should always come first. A candidate should respect the culture of the people they want to govern and show genuine interest in learning their language, especially because there are natives who may only understand that language. But at the end of the day, governance matters far more. After all, Tinubu is governing Nigeria not as someone who speaks all three major Nigerian languages fluently. We need to focus more on what a candidate can actually bring to the table.
