New Impact Pilot Program coming soon to Shutter DAO 0x36 ⚔️

For a while, I've been making the case that DAOs should create credible ways to reward meaningful contribution beyond voting and proposal review.
@ShutterNetwork's new Impact Pilot is an opportunity to execute on this. I authored the proposal, which has now passed, and I’m excited to begin working on it.
@AxiaNetwork0x will serve as the program’s Contributor Support & Program Design Partner alongside @SEEDGov serving as the Program Administrator.
Over the next three months, the program will deploy a $14,000 contribution-reward pool for work that creates verifiable value for Shutter. The standard is not simply having an idea. Rather it is producing a useful outcome, preferably revenue-generating, and showing the evidence behind it.
A unique twist on this program is that we will be rewarding business and strategic work, including ecosystem relationships and partnerships. This work - despite being critical - often is overlooked and under appreciated in DAOs.
Before we officially begin, I’d welcome input from the Shutter community: What needs, gaps, opportunities, or contributor pathways should this program address? I have a starter list, but I'm really curious to first hear what the community comes up with!
