So next season they begin with -714. Let's say they amass 75 points.
They get relegated with -639.
They go down, they come back up for the 29/30 season. They begin with -639. They amass 50 points. They go down with -589
They go down, they come back up. They begin the 2031/32 season with -589 points.
And so on, and so forth until the entire deduction is worked off.
Plus an 8 window transfer ban.
