I've been debating starting a small YouTube series that's a bit outside my comfort zone but I've been on this huge grind these past 2 years, and with my surgery coming up in January, I kinda want to document the experience and share a little more of that journey with you guys. Ive been told by many that I've motivated people for the better and I think this would be fun to do. If you have any ideas on some things you'd like to see let me know!! Also sub to my YouTube :) youtube.com/@SilentLive

Trade: Colts are sending three-time Pro-Bowl DT DeForest Buckner back to the 49ers, the team that made him a 2016 first-round pick before dealing him to Indianapolis in 2020, per me and @rapsheet. Now Buckner returns to San Francisco, fortifying the 49ers defensive line.

Forgot to post yesterday but I hit up my trainer last month if he remembered when our first workout was and he sent me this. Ive had many ups and downs these past two years but the only consistent thing has been my weight loss journey and just living a healthier life in general. This wouldn't have been possible truly if it wasn't for my first ever subathon I did motivated me to get a proper personal trainer and learn to live a healthier lifestyle in general so thank you guys ❤️❤️
