Labour’s new fertiliser tax won’t just hit farmers, it’ll hit you too.
From 2027 the fertiliser we use to grow wheat for bread, or barley for beer is going to be taxed. That means food gets more expensive.
And while British farms get taxed, imported food won’t.
Is that fair?
