It is egregious to claim “mass celebrations” from a video of children being handed cake and candy to cheer in front of cameras on one street. The only purpose of this video’s distribution is to stoke hate against Palestinians amongst a fear-ridden West.

I did not say we are going to dissolve the country through phone banking, lol. Electoral campaigns serve to raise consciousness and build power in the system. All I am saying is that it is good to keep in mind that we cannot settle for maintenance of our structures.

I think an MMP system that preserves local representation and elects proportionally from a party list works pretty well in New Zealand. It would he more functional than bicameralism.

435 for 120 million in 1929 and 435 for 340 million seems a bit absurd. it’s simply an example of how our system is built for disproportionality and over representation of small rural states.
