Our new model Expected Possession Value (EPV) measures the probability of each team scoring in the near future, defined as within the next 30 seconds, or before the next interruption in play. When applied to passing, it allows you, for example, to distinguish between high-volume recyclers and high-risk creators, as well as the selected few who manage to combine both.
