People like this and Michael Bay are the reason why the franchise can’t reach or maintain the heights of things like TFONE, the Cybertron games, and Skybound.
This franchise has so much potential to tell incredibly good stories and be something more beyond just toys for kids

"Bay derangement syndrome" isnt a real fucking thing. Its telling that that the baby show for toddlers manages to have a more meaningful story with actual well written characters while bay couldn't. And if want dark and gritty? The Cybertron games are some of the best tf content.

No one's arguing bay is a bad director.
Bay is NOT the right director for transformers. He didnt understand the concept beyond the base level of "big robot cars do war'n'shit" they had to him fight to make sure optimus looked like optimus.
If you legitimately think Michael Bay is a bad director, you patently know zero about film.
These fancuck bitches want to pretend Transformers isn't an Opsis-first property. There is no other director who grasps visual registers better than Bay.
