The results of our biannual Client Satisfaction Surveys have been published. Clients who applied for any of our five family payments, carer payments or disability payments between October 2025 and March 2026 were invited to give feedback. Swipe to see what they said ⬇️
Everyone I dealt with was really nice and not robotic. There was a personal touch to each conversation. It felt natural and not fully scripted.

The man who helped me over the phone was a godsend, very polite, even had a little giggle but apologised for laughing haha. But it was a lovely short call, no stress, and a lot of help right there on the call and after it was all done and I didn't need to worry anymore.
