BREAKING: 🇺🇸 SEC officially approves all spot Ethereum ETFs.

For everyone wondering "who is buying" bitcoin ETFs, I'd circle May 15th on your calendar. Investors with more than $100m in AUM have to file reports with the SEC called "13-F Filings" disclosing their publicly traded holdings. Those filings are due 45 days after the end of the calendar quarter. While they don't capture everyone -- and are just a snapshot in time -- I think some of the names on those filings will surprise people (to the upside).

Lot of bad takes about this being official approval. This is not an approval. Its a request for acceleration. My tweet would have WAY more caps and way more aggressive language if it were an approval order. haha

Looks like the first "request for acceleration" (which is a request to launch on same day as everyone else, in this case 1/11, which the SEC told issuers to put in today) has dropped. We were expecting them at 4pm, but earlier is fine (ARK is always the first in this stuff), it's last step bf S-1 effectiveness. Buckle up.
