Jonathan, our data provider is aware of the current issue with some basic orbital data (incl TIPs) not reaching @SpaceTrackOrg as expected. They have identified the problem and are actively working on a resolution but do not have an estimated time to return to full capacity

Space-track isn’t going anywhere. This was a planned transition once @Spacex was able to share their own ephemerides to the public. We still use their ephem for conjunction analysis.
Owner/Operators and other spaceflight organizations received specific instructions in an email on how to continue to access SpaceX ephemerides without degrading spaceflight safety in any way. The general public should get ephem directly from @SpaceX

Effective 28 July 25, we will no longer host @SpaceX ephemerides for download on our "Public Files" page or via /publicfiles/ API. Users should transition to downloading ephemeris directly from SpaceX, following the instructions on their website here: starlink.com/public-files/ep…
