Sold a card and buyer paid PayPal G&S. However the money is pending. This is not the first time I have accepted G&S. Any reason why all the sudden it is pending? Can this be some type of scam?

My eBay sellers…I sold another low end card and want to send it with tracking this time. Do I have to buy the eBay envelopes? If so, how? Can I just print a tracking label from eBay and put it on a standard PWE from my house?
