The difference in pressure between inside the ISS and the vacuum of space is about the difference between sea level and 30 feet underwater. You aren't turning inside out
As for freezing there's no atmosphere so no convection. Sure, you'd die in minutes from hypoxia. However, the only source of heat loss is through thermal radiation. Depending on sun exposure you might cook, or freeze over days. It would be a slow mummification over weeks in a purely dry environment as moisture flash evaporates when exposed to vacuum, not some flash freezing in seconds
