Sup Geng
We’ve heard the frustration. The confusion. The complaints in our communities about how Squads actually works.
So we’re doing something about it.

🚨 WAGWAN GENG
Last week, we broke down “WHY WAS I REFUNDED?!” 💸
This week, we are answering another question we see a lot:
“Why hasn’t my entry been settled yet?” 👀
And more importantly...
Where do the stats used to settle my entry actually come from? 📊

THE MAJOR HIGHLIGHT
When you see your entry waiting to settle, don't panic 😂
We're not just looking at the final score.
We're making sure the player stats behind your picks are properly confirmed.
That's why settlement can take time.

BUT 2-PICK ENTRIES ARE DIFFERENT 👀
For 2-pick entries:
2 ties → REFUND 💸
1 correct + 1 tie → 1.25X
1 incorrect + 1 tie → LOSS
1 correct + 1 incorrect → LOSS

SO, WHY WAS YOUR ENTRY REFUNDED? 👀
It could be because:
❌ Too many picks were voided
❌ Less than 2 active picks remained
❌ Remaining picks were from only 1 team
❌ Your lineup didn’t meet the lineup requirements
❌ Your 2-pick entry had 2 ties
