I’m excited to finally share what’s next! 💙💛 After a very unexpected and fast-moving few days, I’m incredibly excited to announce that I will be continuing my academic and athletic career at Angelo State University! Late last week, I made the tough decision to reopen my recruiting process, and almost immediately, I was blessed with several incredible opportunities from Utah all the way to New York. After a lot of conversations, prayer, and thought about what I wanted for my future, I knew Angelo State was where I was supposed to be. I’m incredibly grateful for every coach, teammate, friend, and especially my family who has believed in me, pushed me, and stood beside me through every step of this journey. I wouldn’t be the player or person I am today without the people who have refused to let me give up on myself. My softball journey has taken me through some of the highest highs and lowest lows. I’ve had to fight through adversity, learn from setbacks, and constantly remind myself why I started playing this game in the first place. Through every challenge, I’ve never stopped believing that there was more ahead for me. Now, I get the chance to start a completely new chapter and I couldn’t be more ready. I know I still have a lot left to give this game. I still have goals I haven’t reached, things I haven’t accomplished, and a championship I want to chase. I’m incredibly grateful that Angelo State is giving me the opportunity to keep pursuing all of it. Thank you to Angelo State for believing in me and giving me this opportunity to call San Angelo home. I’m ready to earn my place, get to work, give everything I have to this program, make memories, and chase something special with this team. Go Rams!! 💛💙
