V interesting as always by @gilliantett. There are also some specifically AI-driven instabilities (I wrote about in May) incl AI hacking other companies for commercial reasons. AI hacking should push systems towards Verification- regulators can help.

This, by @edwardlucas, is really important. And the hamstringing of the SRA by the upper tribunal (at the instigation of Carter-Ruck - who else) is deplorable. The bill should change the law on these points as well.
