Gotta get all the slaves beat into form so they can slap more ads on the jerseys and disgrace the history of the league some more. Give it another 10 years and 50mil salary cap increase and they will be wearing sponsors as the main crest with the team patch on the shoulder.

You joke about it, but it seriously crossed my mind that they might be introducing ads on the back of the jersey, underneath the jersey numbers, and that this is a new rule to ensure those ads are always visible.
