Spot on! situation no different today: not a single federation, not a single IOC member has moved a motion in favour of a truth, reconciliation & recognition process that carries no legal risk whatsoever - every generation of blazer, inc current, has failed the athletes affected
So many female athletes were called sore losers for pointing out the East German cheating in the 70s & 80s! Now people say why was it allowed to happen? Because everyone in authority especially the IOC &the British Olympic Association of the time did absolutely nothing to stop it
