Slowly moving towards Stateless AI
Truly decentralized systems are supranational and don’t adhere to standard geopolitics — indeed, they render them obsolete.
I’ll be visiting Asia to discuss refocusing the AI race through non-permissioned borderless competitive systems; I believe it's the way to avert an AI hot war.
