In tomorrow’s @IrishSunOnline we reveal new details of some of the crimes committed by the teenagers who caused the horrific crash on the M9. Their crimes include driving on the M50 in the wrong direction on June 3, a hit and run, an assault and also using stolen bank cards.

Update - Gardai have now established that the BMW which crashed into a family car on the M9 wasn’t stolen. They are now trying to establish how the five teenagers who died in the crash gained access to it. One theory is that the car had been recently sold to a third party.

Convicted killer Stephen Carney made his fifth parole application last week. He’s serving a life sentence for “strangling the life” out of his partner Amanda Jenkins in 2007. I spoke to Amanda’s mother Ann about her determination to keep him behind bars. Full story tomorrow
