When I was burnt out and exhausted after the busy time of year was over I asked for a Monday off so I can have a long weekend to relax. It got approved, but by the time I got home that night my contract was ended by email.

That's exactly why I left Hitachi Automotive. 6 years of practically living there was more than enough for me.

Also prepare ornplan for life when there won't be a job. Unfortunately in India thosnis even more important considering the nature of this govt to take away earnings from the people.

Hmmm .. 🤔 I work during lunch hour I always expire my paid vacation I work week ends sometimes I never take even sick leave So far I worked for only 1 company entire my career.
