I just filed a @azstatebar charge against Attorney General @krismayes. In 2024, an FBI agent and three armed deputies showed up at my house to serve an injunction that Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell co-wrote with her husband, because I criticized her online. The U.S. Attorney reviewed my posts and declined to prosecute, citing "the nature of the speech relating to a public figure running for office." The FBI closed its file. That wasn't enough. A year after the FBI closed the case, it went to Mayes. Her agent got a judge to sign a warrant for 14 months of my X account, including my private messages with 3rd parties. The sworn affidavit's reason? I posted "disparaging messages about Rachel Mitchell." Mitchell wasn't even protected by the injunction. Criticizing an elected prosecutor is not a crime. It is the most protected speech in America. The federal government looked at my speech and walked away. But that didn't stop Mayes from using it to intimidate not just me, but anyone who was sympathetic to me using my voice.

I receive 100x more hate from so-called “liberals” for having a different political opinion than I do from conservatives for being a gay man. The “libs” are no longer liberal. They are intolerant and hateful. They are transing away the gay, forcing biological women in men’s spaces (and vice versa), attacking Jews in the streets, censoring social media platforms, forcing failed vaccines on people, and celebrating violence against conservatives. I have the rights I do because of my creator, the Constitution, and a Christian West historically willing to fight against the forces of evil and third worldism.
