और इस तरह लोकतंत्र की हत्या हुई! आज इस देश में शांतिपूर्ण धरना देना भी गुनाह बना दिया गया है। Saurav Das और Ashutosh Ranka जैसे दो युवाओं से तिहाड़ की सलाखों के पीछे जबरन लिखवाया गया कि “हम जंतर-मंतर पर धरने का आह्वान नहीं करेंगे” - तब जाकर जमानत मिली। जमानत की शर्त पर संविधान के दिए Right to Protest को ही गिरवी रखवा लिया। ये न्याय है या बीजेपी के इशारे पर लोकतंत्र की गला घोंटना? शर्मनाक!

मोदी-शाह सरकार ने 143 विपक्षी सांसदों को सस्पेंड करके संसद खाली करवाया और नए आपराधिक कानून (BNSS) पास कर दिए। अब पुलिस ही जज बन गई है। BNSS की धारा 15 के तहत पुलिस अधिकारी (SP रैंक) को स्पेशल एग्जीक्यूटिव मजिस्ट्रेट बनाया जा सकता है। वही पुलिस जो FIR दर्ज करती है, गिरफ्तार करती है, वही हिरासत का फैसला भी करती है। क्या कोई पुलिस अधिकारी अपने ही विभाग के खिलाफ फैसला देगा? आशुतोष रांका और सौरभ दास का मामला इसी व्यवस्था का जीवंत उदाहरण है। SEM कोर्ट में पुलिस की याचिका पर ही ज्यूडिशियल कस्टडी बढ़ाई जा रही है। वरिष्ठ वकील के.के. राय साफ कह रहे हैं—यह कानून अन्यायपूर्ण है। महात्मा गांधी की तरह ऐसे कानूनों का विरोध करना और उन्हें तोड़ना नागरिक कर्तव्य है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट को भी जवाबदेह होना चाहिए। जजों की शक्ति छीनकर पुलिस को दे दी गई, फिर भी चुप्पी। जब पुलिस खुद जज बन जाए, तब न्याय कहाँ बचेगा? #CJP #BNSS #PoliceState

But BJP has succeeded in engaging the Cockroach movement into the legal hassles of Courts, Advocates, Police, bail etc. That’s how they engaged AAP before elections. That’s how BJP operates. The BJP Govt was nervous that GenZ was demanding action against police officers for violence and sexual molestation against young boys and Girls. Even journalists were defending FIR against ACP for molestation. Society in general wanted Right wing goons to be sent to jail for absurd voilence. Instead of taking action against RightWing goons, Police officers and CEC, the Govt conspired to harass the GenZ complainants in the name of legal processes.

I have no trusts left in courts of this country which suspend murder convictions of people just because they show interest in fighting elections from a particular party. It is like they are trying to encourage more rapists and murderers in Assemblies and Parliament. Courts are just as rotten as anything else in this country.
