The ₹708.02 crore IPO of Varmora Granito is entering its final day, with the issue set to close today.
Priced in the ₹140–148 per share band, the IPO comprises a ₹320 crore fresh issue and ₹388.02 crore OFS by Katsura Investments. The minimum lot is 101 shares, requiring an investment of ₹14,948 at the upper price band.
Ahead of the issue opening, Varmora raised ₹212.4 crore from anchor investors at ₹148 per share, with participation from ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Goldman Sachs Funds, Bandhan Mutual Fund, WhiteOak Capital, 360 ONE, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund, JM Financial Mutual Fund, Bharti AXA Life Insurance, Societe Generale and BNP Paribas, among others.
Varmora reported ₹1,512.46 crore in FY26 revenue and ₹55.09 crore consolidated profit, while GVT and technical tiles contributed around 84% of tile revenue.
The shares are proposed to list on September 29 on NSE and BSE.
