menstruation. Women, listen up and learn about your body.

I want every female follower of mine to be so knowledgeable about their body, that when they are called to speak anywhere, they will represent very well.
Listen up!
Menstruation is the weeping of a disappointed womb. The Womb is disappointed there is no baby that month, so it cries.
The ovulatory and menstrual cycle go side by side.
when there is no fertilisation in a month, the womb lining gathers a lot of tears(thickens up for 14 days)... this is why this phase is a fixed number of days... this is the reason you subtract 14 from your cycle length to know when you ovulate(release egg)... this is called the secretory phase(gathering of tears) or progestational phase or luteal phase.
When the tears have gathered for 14 days, progesterone takes a leave of absence... this is why you feel bloated, breast pain and all... immediately progesterone leaves... the tears which have been building are now given permission to pour!...
This pouring is called menstruation... the first day is called your Last Menstrual period.
You bleed for 2-7 days and then the womb becomes dryer and getting ready for another ovulation.. this phase after menses is called the follicular phase. This is the best phase to do gynaecological procedures- hysteroscopies, myomectomy, endometrial biopsy... because this is the phase it bleeds least.
Always remember, Ovulation is not always on day 14. and for ladies who have PMOS/PCOS, the process of menstruation may be slightly different.
Ladies and gentle girls, this is menstruation. Take it from me. Cram this in your head... repeat it every morning... I give you the permission to print it out and paste on your doors... many women don't really understand their cycle... I'm sure they will at the end of this.

Something about the menstrual cycle had never made sense to me…
If menstruation happens after an egg has matured, been released, and wasn’t fertilized…
Why do we call it Day 1 of a new cycle?
Why doesn’t the cycle begin with the follicular phase instead?
The answer is actually quite interesting.
