Why GIWA: most of what we needed already existed there. Attestation and DID through Dojang. An L2 cheap enough that a payout costs the same for 100 or 100,000 runners. Upbit's NFT platform, where a medal can actually be shown off. Email login, so a runner never sees a seed phrase.
