We also hosted our first CTF Challenge on @solana, where developers put their skills to the test and the winners took home prizes.

A @solana proposal you might have missed: SIMD-0232.
Right now, a validator's commission goes to the same address that runs the validator. SIMD-0232 would split that apart, letting validators route commission to a separate address instead. That matters for anyone running a validator with a different setup for operations versus treasury, like cold storage, a multisig, or a separate entity handling the finances, since it removes the need to keep spending keys anywhere near the signing keys.
It's already live on Devnet and Testnet, but hasn't been activated on Mainnet yet.
Small in scope, but a good example of the kind of infrastructure work happening alongside bigger proposals like Alpenglow.
