Appreciate the immense effort everyone involved at @FlyQuest put into this process. People from the outside don't hear much about the work put into these applications, but it is truly a staggering amount.

Really sad to see that Flyquest didn’t make it, I know that everyone behind the scenes worked tirelessly to try and to see it not work out is just a sad sight to witness. 2027 will certainly be one of the years

Boarded Flight - On my way Home. This year has been an emotional one. Embraced the challenge of working with 5 elite players and have the privilege to raise a regional trophy along with being within touching distance to two majors. As much as i’d have loved to win just one of them, the losses taught critical lessons in those moments to be better prepared in the future. Will try to enjoy a nice reset as much as i can while home. I plan on doing some content around agents, comps, and maybe some super generalized recaps. thank you for the support, and all the super welcoming fans across korea, santiago, vietnam, london, paris, and Shanghai. Later to post than most because of my Champs consulting with Paper Rex. With our elimination yesterday, my off-season has officially begun. I've spent the last half decade on the bleeding edge of VAL strategy, proving myself and re-proving myself, again and again. I am the only coach to win Partner League domestic trophies in more than one region. I have made the play-offs of every Champions I've attended, 5/5. I was a part of both the most-dominant domestic run and the most-dominant international run in our game's history across different years, with different teams. I'm ready to prove myself again in the new system and am available for consideration for all coaching roles heading into the '27 season as well as potential creator+consultant dual function arrangements.

My biggest gripe with the Valorant pro scene is how little Tier 1 pros actually grind the game. It’s like night and day between the pros who grind 12 hours a day and pros who don’t even touch the game outside of practice. It’s definitely not an easy game to grind since ranked sucks, but it’s not like they are jumping in pro 10s either whenever they get revived once a year. Everyone obviously wants to win, and especially IGLs probably don’t have a ton of time to grind ranked, but in every esport I’ve ever been in, once you stop grinding outside of practice you are one foot out the door towards quitting / retiring.
