Grok @bot is great, it saves so much time. It's limited tho when the answer is on your Mac. It can’t check your texts, look through your files, or see your reminders and recent calls. If you still need to test apps on simulators that are older than 26.x and any interaction doesnt work on DeviceHub for those simulators, you can use the simulator app. If like me you deleted all Xcode 26 and cant find the simulator app, you can redownload Xcode 26 and even though Xcode 26 wont open on macOS 27.x, you can open the simulator by going to Applications > Xcode 26 > Show Package Contents Then Contents/Developer/Applications/Simulator.app and you'll be able to use just fine.

Device Hub in Xcode 27.1 has a hidden Action Bar specifically for iPhone Duo. It gives you a lot more control over the device angle, and you can quickly switch between 5 device poses with keyboard shortcuts. There’s also a “Table Mode” control. To enable: defaults write com\.apple.dt.Devices com\.apple.dt.coredevicepop.useInternalV68ActionBar -bool true and restart Device Hub. The iPhone Duo simulator also comes with a hidden HingeStatePoster wallpaper.

Great Duo detail: drag your finger along the tab bar and it will show the names of the tabs!

I had so much fun building this new interaction with the team. When starting a timer from Control Center on iOS 27 and iPadOS 27, swipe to quickly set a duration — touch and hold to set more granular, 15s intervals.

The algorithm on here is a little too sensitive, I was looking at Jev and read a number of posts about it and now my timeline is only things about Jev. 😅 How am I supposed to research new things without completely reshaping my timeline

I found and enabled a half-finished iPhone Duo simulator in Xcode 27.2 🤯 it doesn't have Duo software yet, but we made a pre-release version of Bitrig (with the 3D model!) if you want to try it out
