Hamco has announced the Hamco Tokenized Pan-Asia Private Equity Fund, a semi-liquid, evergreen private equity fund established as a natively tokenized fund structure, issued through Mint, in collaboration with Synthesys @synthesysco and @chainlink.
The fund gives eligible investors access to thematic private and pre-IPO opportunities across Asia, focusing on AI and AI-related offerings, with a liquidity twist deploying into tokenized money market funds, stablecoins and cash equivalents to introduce better liquidity options for private equity investors.
By combining Chainlink's technical capabilities, Synthesys Network's connectivity as well as Hamco's experience and depth in TMT and PE exposure, the natively tokenized fund enables a new way to get exposure to thematic private equity markets; with better liquidity and onchain functionality.
Asia's defining AI, semiconductor and robotics companies are staying private for longer. By the time they list, most of the value creation has already happened, captured by the narrow group able to invest early. Buying at IPO increasingly means buying the ending rather than the growth itself. The Hamco fund, managed by a veteran TMT team will expand options and access into some of the best opportunities across Asia, paired with liquidity benefits from tokenized assets in its portfolio, and will go live across multiple distributors on Synthesys Network from day one, reaching distribution across different jurisdictions.
The fund will be available only to non-US professional and accredited investors meeting applicable eligibility criteria.

Bottomline moves more than $16 trillion in payments annually across its platforms.
Through the partnership, Chainlink is providing the secure interop and orchestration layer connecting Bottomline’s existing payment infrastructure to public and private blockchains.
TradFi is moving onchain at a rapidly accelerating pace, and CCIP is enabling tokenized value to move securely across chains, with the Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE) coordinating payment workflows end-to-end.
